WHO ARE WE?
Hello, I am Ana Vilamanyà, founder of FEMO.
My journey in the field of oncological aesthetics began in 2008, when I joined the Dexeus Hospital as an advisor. There, I was dedicated to offering personalized advice and aesthetic treatments to people who were undergoing an oncological process.
Later in 2011, I took on the role of Head of Oncology Aesthetics Consultancy at the Baselga Oncology Institute (IOB), where I developed a range of services ranging from information sessions on self-care to facial and body treatments for hydration, restorative make-up and hair solutions.
At the same time, in 2010, I began my career as a trainer in oncological aesthetics at the Clínica Planas, where I taught courses for more than eight years. This path led me to become the Training Director of the University Advanced Course in Oncological Aesthetics, while combining this work with training for nurses at IFSES Estética.
Over the years, I have also remained committed to volunteering in various patient associations, which allowed me to continue contributing my experience even during the pandemic, when online volunteering, through organizations such as Oncolliga, was of great support to many patients.
Today, with the accumulated experience of having carried out more than 4,000 treatments on people with different types of cancer and at different stages of their medical treatment, I remain convinced that it is crucial to have more professionals specialising in aesthetics and oncological massage. In addition, recent studies have confirmed that these specialities not only contribute to the physical well-being of patients, but also play a fundamental role in improving their self-esteem.

My name is Alejandro, I have a degree in Business Management & Technology, with a specialization in digital marketing. I have developed a successful marketing plan for the Euroleague Basketball Final Four and a campaign focused on attracting and retaining new customers.
I have had the opportunity to do an internship at La Salle Campus Barcelona, at Grifols, and I currently combine my work as a controller at Lidl with co-managing FEMO.
My passion for health and well-being motivates me to be part of this company, with the aim of contributing to improving the lives of as many people as possible.

¡Hola! Soy Macarena Gorosito, soy fisioterapeuta y desde el año 2015 me dedico con vocación a acompañar y cuidar a las personas a través de la fisioterapia.
En el año 2020, me especializé en masaje oncológico. Actualmente, desarrollo mi práctica profesional en consulta privada, brindando tratamientos personalizados y respetuosos con cada etapa del paciente.
Además, colaboro con el programa “Lazos del Litoral”, realizando voluntariados en hospitales, donde trabajamos de manera interdisciplinaria para acompañar a pacientes oncológicos desde un enfoque integral y humano. Creo profundamente en el poder del contacto terapéutico y en la importancia de seguir aprendiendo. Por eso, me encuentro en constante formación, incorporando herramientas que me permitan ofrecer una atención cada vez más empática, efectiva y adaptada a las necesidades de cada persona.

I am Anna, a physiotherapist and clinical psychologist with a focus based on CBT, emotional intelligence, systemic therapy and strategic brief therapy. I help adults, adolescents and children overcome the difficulties, fears, low self-esteem, uncertainty, impulsive behavior, conflicts and doubts they encounter in their daily lives. To achieve emotional well-being, happiness and individual peace of mind by improving the management of their emotions, self-knowledge, and discovering their talents and abilities.
