Oncological Massage - January 2025

Oncological massage association

Oncological massage is a gentle and conscious massage technique that aims to treat the physical symptoms of the disease and, at the same time, provides a well-being effect to people diagnosed with cancer.

Research has shown that gentle, conscious cancer massage reduces the side effects of conventional cancer therapies and the symptoms of the disease itself (Cassileth and Vickers, 2004).

Advanced University Course in Oncological Aesthetics

The aim of the course is to provide aesthetic professionals with the training and specialisation necessary to treat people before, during and after an oncological process.

The teaching methodology of this course is based on 360-hour e-learning training, divided into 6 modules, over 3 months of training.

The beautician will have access to the content (documents, images, videos, links and presentations) throughout the course and their access will not be limited by time. The student will have access to the evaluations and tasks proposed by the teachers every two weeks, and their access will be closed once this period has concluded.
